a. Eligibility:

We offer a 14-day exchange policy from the date of delivery for UAE and other GCC customers. Please note, once an order has been placed, it is non-refundable. Exchanges can be made within the specified time frame.

b. Condition of Items:

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

c. Return Process:

Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

d. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

No, once an order has been placed, we do not offer refunds. However, you may exchange the item for a different size or product within 14 days of delivery.

Only items that are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact are eligible for exchange. Sale items or items purchased using a promo code cannot be exchanged.

A 50 AED shipping exchange fee applies to all exchanges in GCC countries, including UAE. Customers are responsible for this fee.

Once we receive your item and verify its condition, the exchange process will take 7-14 business days. We will ship your new item as soon as possible

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
